<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issuing system comprising functions to cause a call center to efficiently perform operation support in response to a support request from a ticket issuing device and to cause the call center to quickly restart the operation support when the ticket issuing device and the call center are disconnected due to communication failure in the call center. <P>SOLUTION: A ticket issuing terminal device 10 in a station 1 and a support device 30 in a call center 3 are connected with a ticket issuance integrated control device 21 and a connection management server 22 in a system center 2 via a business data network N1 and a voice/image data network N2, respectively. When a user of the ticket issuing terminal device 10 calls out the call center 3, an operator uses the support device 30 to guide the user with voice and/or support display and to remotely operate the ticket issuing terminal device 10 for performing operation support for the user. When the support device 30 and the ticket issuing terminal device 10 are disconnected due to occurrence of failure, the connection management server 22 requires another support device 30 in the call center 3 to restart operation support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
