<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing/heating sterilization method by which oxygen in a container is efficiently removed when performing pressurizing/heating sterilization after charging the container with contents. <P>SOLUTION: The pressurizing/heating sterilization method includes sterilizing the contents charged in a hermetically-sealed container by pressurizing/heating. The container is structured by using a laminated body including an oxygen-absorbing layer made of an oxygen absorptive material, and an oxygen-barrier layer made of the oxygen-barrier material positioning at a side outer of the container than the oxygen absorbing layer. The pressurizing/heating sterilization method includes increasing the pressure in the container to be higher than the pressure of saturated steam at the temperature of the contents when subjected to pressurizing/heating sterilization by ≥0.10 MP a, when the pressurizing/heating sterilization is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
