PURPOSE: A method for detecting IDH1 and IDH2 gene mutation is provided to excellent sensitivity and specificity and to simply and shortly detect mutant. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting IDH1 and IDH2 gene comprises: a step of performing real-time PCR of IDH1 and IDH2 gene under the presence of PNA(peptide nucleic acid) clamping probe among sequence number 1-56 and the IDH1 and IDH2 gene clamping primer set; and a step of analyzing gene amplification of real-time PCR.
