<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED unit and a lighting fixture capable of preventing color variation. <P>SOLUTION: The LED unit 10 and the lighting fixture 1 are provided with an LED substrate 11, a plurality of LEDs 12 arranged on the LED substrate 11, and a cover 13 to be arranged in front of the LED 12.
