The device has a display area with multiple liquid crystal cells in ranges which are formed by multiple gate-lines (GL1 to GL n) and data-lines (DL1 to DL m). A gate driver (4) supplies overlapping gate-impulse to neighboring gate-lines. A data driver (6 ) supplies a data stress in synchronization with a gate-impulse of the data line. A time control unit (8) is used to control an overlapping range of the gate-impulses, which is supplied to the neighboring gate lines. An independent claim is also included for a method for control of an LCD device. |
