<p>PURPOSE: A dynamic offloading device of a mobile device application and a method thereof are provided to reduce the execution speed of the application by dynamically offloading a partial component to other nodes when resources of a node are insufficient. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring unit(205) monitors resources of a mobile device. If resources for an application are insufficient, a transmitting unit(207) transmits components included in the application and data for the executing the components to a server. A receiving unit(209) receives an execution result of the components from the server. The resources include the CPU usage, memory usage, network bandwidth, and amount of the battery of the mobile device.
