PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing degradation of assemblability and designability of a high-pressure gas tank.SOLUTION: A thermosetting treatment device 100 is mounted with a tank vessel 10 having, on an outer surface, a fiber layer 21 formed by winding a reinforcing fiber 20 impregnated with a thermosetting resin 22. The thermosetting treatment device 100 heats the tank vessel 10 while rotating it at a predetermined rotating speed. When the thermosetting resin 22 begins to be softened, the thermosetting treatment device 100 changes a mounting angle of the tank vessel 10. Thereby, the softened thermosetting resin 22 in a surface layer of the tank vessel 10 flows from a cylinder part 11 to a dome part 12 in accordance with the gravity along with air bubbles 26 precipitated in the thermosetting resin 22. Accordingly, generation of unevenness due to the air bubbles 26 in the surface layer of the cylinder part 11 can be prevented. |
