PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stator that can decrease the number of components needed to assemble the stator.SOLUTION: In a mounting/cutting process, an insulator 18 is used which has a plurality of first insulation portions 40 and second insulation portions 50, and a bridging portion 70 connecting the first insulation portions 40 and second insulation portions 50 in one body, and the bridging portion 70 is cut while teeth 14 formed on a stator core 20 are mounted on the second insulation portions 50. In a positioning process, the teeth 14 mounted on the second insulation portions 50 and the first insulation portions 40 are positioned, and in a mounting process, the first insulation portions 40 are mounted on the teeth 14 mounted on the second insulation portions 50. In a coil winding process, coils 16 are wound around the teeth 14 through the first insulation portions 40 and second insulation portions 50 interposed. |
