PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing device capable of suppressing vibrations even during the high-speed rotation.SOLUTION: A biasing part 3 that biases a movable surface part 22A in such a direction as to approach a bearing surface 121a faced by the movable surface part 22A is provided between the movable surface part 22A and a shaft part 21 that holds the movable surface part 22A. A biasing force of the biasing part 3 is operated in such a direction as to narrow a gap between bearing surfaces 121a, 121b and shaft surfaces 22a, 22b, the biasing force of pressure fluid is operated in such direction as to widen the gap and, therefore, stable rotation can be provided even on super high speed rotation. |
