PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing container capable of preventing contents from splashing from a spout tube when tearing the spout tube erected from a body part. SOLUTION: The dispensing container includes: an inner container 1 capable of performing the dispensing by directly or indirectly squeezing a body part 2 after removing a spout tube 3 part above a tear line 5 by tearing the tear line 5 provided at the spout tube 3 erected from the body part 2 upper end that is freely elastically deformable; and an outer container into which the inner container 1 can be fitted and which is made of a material harder than that of the inner container. The dispensing upon the tearing of the spout tube 3 is prevented by gripping the outer container into which the inner container 1 is fitted and then tearing the spout tube 3, and the body part of the inner container may be squeezed.
