PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion resistant electroconductive material with a new composition having excellent corrosion resistance and electroconductivity.SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant electroconductive material is made of Cr, Ti and P (essential elements). The corrosion resistant electroconductive material exhibits more excellent corrosion resistant electroconductivity by the incorporation of N. Further, its high corrosion resistant electroconductivity is stably exhibited when the corrosion resistant electroconductive material is amorphous. This invention can be grasped not only as a corrosion resistant electroconductive material but also as a corrosion resistant electroconductive film made of the essential elements and a corrosion resistant electroconductive member made of a base material in which the corrosion resistant electroconductive film is formed on the surface (such as a metal separator for a solid polymer type fuel cell). Further, a corrosion resistant electroconductive film with a desired composition or the like can be easily produced by using a PVD or the like.
