<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which is capable of improving transmission efficiency and, what is more, easily responding to a change in channel specification when it performs radio communication by using a plurality of radio channels. <P>SOLUTION: Data collection communication devices 1 (relay communication device 1A, portable communication device 1B) switch a plurality of radio channels CH1-CHn in turn, and transmit a link establishment request in use of each radio channel. A meter reading communication device 2 is assigned any one of the radio channels CH1-CHn, receives the link establishment request in use of the allocated radio channel, and establishes a communication link with the data collection communication devices 1 in use of the radio chanel which received the link establishment request. The data collection communication devices 1 perform radio communication with the meter reading communication device 2 in use of the radio channels with the established communication link in turn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
