<p>The present invention relates to a pre-pressure apparatus of a vacuum window manufacturing facility, wherein the pre-pressure apparatus forming pre-vacuum pressure in a space between at least two glass plates for a vacuum window comprises a head member touching the circumferential part of a vacuum hole formed in one side of the glass plate; a vacuum line connected to the head member; an x-axial moving unit capable of moving the head member in an x-axial direction; a y-axial moving unit capable of moving the head member in a y-axial direction; and a z-axial moving unit capable of moving the head member in a z-axial direction. Therefore, according the present invention, the pre-pressure apparatus of a vacuum window manufacturing facility is capable of automating a process by forming the pre-vacuum pressure in the space between the glass plates for a vacuum window, and is capable of significantly improving productivity.</p> |
