PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument capable of mixing a plurality of substances immediately before discharge, and effectively mixing the substances to allow the substances to be discharged in a more desirable state, while suppressing undesired phenomenon such as a reaction of the substances.SOLUTION: A medical instrument 10 delivers substances into living tissue, the medical instrument 10 comprising: a multi-lumen section 23 in which plural lumens 41, 42 are formed; a mixing section 22 which receives the plural lumens 41, 42 and has a mixing region 25 formed therein to mix the substances flowing from the plural lumens 41, 42, and which is disposed closer to the tip side than the multi-lumen section 23; and a discharge section 21 which is in communication with the mixing region 25 and formed with a discharge port 26 capable of discharging the substances within the mixing region 25, wherein the cross-sectional area of the discharging port 26 in a cross section orthogonal to a center axis X of the medical instrument 10 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the mixing region 25 in a cross section orthogonal to the center axis X. |
