Provided is an electromagnetic actuator comprising: a movable part including a movable structure positioned in an open area of a substrate and driven on a rotating axis which is an extension direction of an elastic body connected to the outside, and a conductive coil through which a driving current flows to generate driving power for the movable structure by interaction with a magnetic field; and a magnetic field generation part disposed under the movable part, generating the magnetic field, and including first and second areas which have magnetic poles opposite to each other on the top surfaces divided by a reference line making an acute angle with the rotating axis in the plane view, a third area in the outside of the first area, which has a magnetic pole opposite to that in the first area on the top surface, and a fourth area in the outside of the second area, which has a magnetic pole opposite to that in the second area. |
