PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating characteristics of a semiconductor circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor circuit of the present embodiment comprises: a first input part 10 to which a first input signal Vin is input; a second input part 11 to which a second input signal VREF is input; an output generation circuit 30 which is connected to the input parts 10, 11 and generates an output signal Vout based on the input signals Vin, VREF; an output part 20 for outputting an output signal Vout; and current sources 190 respectively connected to connection nodes between the input parts 10, 11 and the output generation circuit 30. |
