A flexible printed board (10), which is to be electrically connected to another electronic component (for example, liquid crystal panel) (101) by thermo-compression bonding, comprises: a flexible substrate (1); a terminal part (3) formed on one surface of the flexible substrate (1) and having a plurality of connection terminals (3a-3h) to be connected to the other electronic component (101); a wire part (4) having a plurality of wires (4a-4h) formed on the other surface of the flexible substrate (1); and a plurality of through wires (5a-5h) that are formed in through holes penetrating the flexible substrate (1) in an area of the terminal part (3) to be compression-bonding-connected to the other electronic component and that connect the connection terminals (3a-3h) of the terminal part (3) to the respective wires (4a-4h) of the wire part (4). |
