<p>The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet producing device for a display device. In particular, the adhesive sheet producing device comprises: a first supplying roll on which a tape raw material is wound to be supplied, wherein the tape raw material is laminated with a top protective film and a bottom protective film with an adhesive tape between the same; a first collecting roll for collecting the bottom protective film removed from the tape raw material; a second supplying roll for supplying a main film; a first cutting unit for intermittently cutting the top protective film and adhesive tape into a thickness determined in a widthwise direction of a moving direction to be laminated at determined intervals on the top of the main film while the bottom protective film is removed; a first transferring unit for transferring the tape raw material to the first cutting unit; a second transferring unit for transferring the main film from the second supplying roll to the first cutting unit; and a sheet raw material collecting roll produced by winding the main film with an adhesive sheet raw material laminated with the top protective film and adhesive tape. Accordingly, the loss of an adhesive tape is minimized in an adhesive sheet producing process so that the efficiency of use of a raw material can be maximized. Also, a band-shaped adhesive tape can be automatically formed on the adhesive sheet raw material. Accordingly, a releasing force is minimized when a scrap is removed, so that the same is suitable in producing a large-area display device.</p> |
