<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lighting device having a high irradiation efficiency, lightweight to be convenient to attach, and hard to damage, and to provide a lighting system using the lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting device 200 has a fluorescent tube 210 and a cover 100 covering the fluorescent tube 210.
