Provided is a reference voltage generating circuit. The reference voltage generating circuit includes: a first circuit which includes a mirroring element which mirrors a first current proportional to absolute temperature; a second circuit which generates a second current inversely proportional to absolute temperature; and a third circuit which adds the first current to the second current to generate a reference current and generates a reference voltage by using the reference current. The second circuit includes: a pnp BJT which receives the first current from an emitter and a resistance which is connected in parallel between a base and the emitter of the pnp BJT. |
