The present invention is configured to be divided into a hub unit which receives an engine driving force and a pulley unit which receives a motor driving force, wherein depending on engine driving or motor driving, devices such as bogies can be selectively operated. That is, in a mild hybrid vehicle powered by power sources of an engine and a motor, a mechanical variable pulley damper of a hybrid vehicle is introduced, wherein when the engine is working, the devices such as bogies can be operated by receiving the drive force of the engine, and when the engine is stopped, the devices such as bogies can be operated through the motor generator. |
