<p>A steering device is provided with an impact absorption mechanism which absorbs an impact applied to the steering column. The steering device is provided with a rotation restriction section which restricts the rotation of a vehicle body side bracket about the axis of the steering column. The rotation restriction section is provided with: a protrusion which is provided to a sensor housing; and the upper surface of a mounting plate for a jacket which is provided to the vehicle body side bracket and which serves as a restriction section for restricting the movement of the protrusion.</p> |
