PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering column device which can make compatible the prevention of rattling between a lower jacket and an upper jacket, and the fixation of the upper jacket. ! SOLUTION: A steering column device comprises: an attachment bracket 2 having a pair of attachment sidewalls 21 which are oppositely arranged while being extended along a vertical direction; a lower jacket 31L which has a pair of lower vertical walls 32 which are oppositely arranged in parallel with the attachment sidewalls 21, and supported between the pair of attachment sidewalls 21; an upper jacket 31U having a support wall 61 which is extended in parallel with the lower vertical wall 32; an interval member 73 arranged between the pair of lower vertical walls 32 and the support wall 61; and a lock mechanism 7 having a lock bolt 71 which penetrates the pair of attachment sidewalls 21, the pair of lower vertical walls 32, and telescopic long holes 62.
