PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which allows using images having different resolutions from each other to be easily switched by using position information of a HMD (Head Mount Display).SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises a first imaging device for outputting a low-resolution image and a second imaging device for outputting a high-resolution image. The image processing apparatus communicates with a display device for displaying an image; acquires an imaging position; specifies a distance between the imaging position and a real object; determining whether the specified distance reaches a predetermined value; and output the high-resolution image output form the second imaging device to the display device when determined that the specified distance reaches the predetermined value.
