PURPOSE:To cope with one type of a basic unit even if unit connecting methods are different by separating a controller assembled in an outdoor unit from an outdoor unit body, incorporating it in a control box independently installed, connecting it to the outdoor unit, an indoor unit, and centralized-controlling them. CONSTITUTION:A separately installed control box 11 in which a controller of different outdoor units 10 is separated independently from the units 10 according to a connecting method of the outdoor units 10 and indoor units 1 is provided, thereby concentrating an outdoor unit body to one type. In this case, a separately installed control box 11b is different according to a connecting combination method of the units 10 and the unit 1. Even in the case of a combination of the outdoor units and the indoor units except them, a free combination can be provided by one type of outdoor units by altering specifications of the box 1.
