It is known to have adhesive around the perimeter of the polyester material to enable the mask protectant to be adhered to the outside surface of the mask. In this protectant it is secured by pressing the outside of the protectant down onto the face mask protector. Thus securing the protectant to the surface for purpose of protecting the mask from scratches and scuffs.
