PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cosmetic oil in which a high-concentration carbonic acid gas is dissolved, by finding an oil component which has high solubility of carbonic acid gas and is safe even when used as cosmetics based on the finding that the capillary blood circulation of a skin surface is promoted when applying a carbonic acid gas-dissolved oil on the skin.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a composition in which a carbonic acid gas is dissolved in an oil component containing 50 mass% or more of the total amount of at least one or more of dialkyl carbonate and alkene carbonate. As dialkyl carbonate, dicapryl carbonate is a preferable compound, and as alkene carbonate, propylene carbonate is a preferable compound. The cosmetic oil excellent in handling in which a carbonic acid gas is dissolved at high concentration can be obtained by packing these compositions in an aerosol can using carbonic acid gas as propellants. |
