PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an oil temperature of an internal combustion engine and the delay in the rise caused by the difference of specific heat between an oil temperature of an automatic transmission and a water temperature of the internal combustion engine, and to prevent the mis-learning by delaying the start of the learning control in the idle operation in an idle engine speed controller of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A water temperature sensor is mounted for detecting the water temperature of the internal combustion engine, and a control means is mounted for delaying the starting time of the learning control in the idle operation of the internal combustion on the basis of the water temperature in starting, detected by the water temperature sensor in starting the internal combustion engine. |
