PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which has excellent vibration efficiency and vibrates stably.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator comprises: a piezoelectric element; a diaphragm having a main body portion provided with the piezoelectric element, a stationary portion, and coupling portions coupling the main body portion and the stationary portion; and a first member fixed with the diaphragm. The stationary portion is fixed to the first member by interposing the stationary portion between the first member and a second member. Further, each thickness of the first member and the second member is greater than a thickness of the stationary portion in a thickness direction of the diaphragm. Still further, the main body portion has a pair of sides facing each other as viewed in a thickness direction of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm has a plurality of coupling portions at one of the pair of sides of the main body portion. |
