PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of imparting a proper heat quantity corresponding to a portion of an object to be heated.SOLUTION: A mold for transferring heat to an object to be heated includes a hollow part provided inside the mold, and a heat quantity regulator stored in the hollow part, for changing heat transfer of the hollow part, and has a constitution in which the heat quantity regulator comprises a granule having a material different from the material of the mold. |
