PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute-amount liquid transfer device which is for transferring a minute-amount liquid on a substrate and does not use a micro-pump, a transfer method of a minute-amount liquid using the device and a production method of the device.SOLUTION: A minute-amount liquid transfer device is provided, on a substrate, with (a) one or more recessed liquid supply parts for supplying one or more liquids, (b) one or more recessed liquid transfer target parts serving as transfer targets of liquids and (c) a fine channel which communicates from the liquid supply parts to the liquid transfer target parts and transfers liquids from the liquid supply parts to the liquid transfer target parts.
