PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that allows a photographer to check a subject tracking state even when taking a continuous shooting during a subject tracking AF operation.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a first sensor that records an optical image of a subject; a finder unit that causes the optical image of the subject to be formed, and is used for a photographer to check the formed optical image; a mirror unit that causes a light flux from the subject to be branched into the first sensor and the finder unit; a mirror phase detection unit that is to detect a phase of the mirror unit; a second sensor that is disposed in the vicinity of the finder unit and obtains information required for photographing from the optical image of the subject; an information display unit that is present in the finder unit and displays information for the photographer to check; a lighting unit that lights the information display unit; and a subject tracking AF function. During photographing operation, the lighting unit is configured to drive out of a driving time of the first and second sensors, and change light emission luminance in responce to a mirror drive. |
