PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a joining component which can exactly correct displacement even if a joining portion to which a second workpiece is joined is displaced in a first workpiece, and a manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a joining component includes: a process for holding a first workpiece 91 in a rotatable state; a process for arranging a joining portion 99 set in the first workpiece to a position in which the joining portion can be photographed by cameras 81, 82 by rotating the first workpiece; a process for welding the first workpiece and each component; a process for photographing the joining portion by the cameras prior to a process for joining the first workpiece and the second workpiece; a process for measuring a position and a posture of the second workpiece on the basis of photographed images; and a process for correcting the position and the posture of the second workpiece to a reference position and a reference posture when at least one of the measured position and posture of the second workpiece is different from the preset reference position and the reference posture.
