An HSD (Half Source Driving) structure-based TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) display panel comprises: a sub-pixel unit array, a plurality of pairs of grid lines and a plurality of data lines, wherein each pair of grid lines are arranged between two adjacent rows of sub-pixel units (2), each grid line is formed by joining sections of different widths arranged in an overlapping manner, and wherein TFT elements (1) connected with pixel electrodes of the sub-pixel units are arranged on the sections of relatively large widths; the data lines are perpendicular to the grid lines, and two adjacent data lines are separated from each other by two or more than two columns of sub-pixel units (2). The locations where The TFT elements (1) are arranged change from pixels regions to the grid lines, so that the aperture ratio of the pixel region is increased, and the penetration rate is improved. |
