PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical shaftless screw conveyor device capable of vertically conveying powders by shaftless screw blades instead of a conventional screw conveyor with a shaft.SOLUTION: A vertical shaftless screw conveyor device 1 for conveying powders upward comprises: shaftless screw blades 12; a casing 14 having a circular cross section where the shaftless screw blades are housed inside and a space between the outer shape of shaftless screw blades and the inner wall surface of the casing is 2-30 mm; a powder charge portion 16 disposed at the lower part of the casing; a powder discharge portion 18 disposed at the upper part of the casing; and a drive part 20 being connected to one end of the shaftless screw blades and rotating the shaftless screw blades. |
