PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cooling jacket that achieves cooling of a low heat generation component while suppressing increase in cost.SOLUTION: A cooling jacket 60 includes: a tip surface 63a of a protrusion 63 that is positioned closely up to a position where a minimum distance to a low heat generation component 55 is less than 3 mm; and an insulating member 77 disposed between the low heat generation component 55 and the protrusion 63. As a result, cooling performance may be enhanced while maintaining an insulating performance without worrying about a shortage of an insulation distance (and a creepage distance). |
