A battery pack, comprising a plurality of battery monomers which are superposed on one another, wherein the plurality of battery monomers are connected in series with one another. The battery pack further comprises a tab connection device, characterized in that the tab connection device comprises an insulating connection plate and a plurality of conductive connection columns, wherein the insulating connection plate comprises a plurality of grooves, and the plurality of grooves are arranged at one side of the insulating connection plate facing away from the plurality of battery monomers; positive and negative tabs required to be connected of every two adjacent battery monomers in the plurality of battery monomers which are superposed on one another are bent to be placed into the same groove after respectively penetrating the insulating connection plate, and are overlapped over one another in the groove; and the conductive connection columns are inserted into the grooves to fixedly connect the overlapped portions of the positive and negative tabs.
