A portable power source apparatus and a charging/discharging processing method. A portable power source comprises: an interface (12) configured to be connected to an external power source or an external charged device; an electric energy storage device (18) configured to be charged by the external power source through the interface (12) to store electric energy or release the stored electric energy to the external charged device through the interface (12); a recognition module (14) configured to recognize whether a device connected to the interface (12) is an external power source or an external charged device, and send a recognition result to a control module (16); and the control module (16) connected to the recognition module (14) and configured to enable the external power source to charge the electric energy storage device (18) through the interface (12) in the case where the recognition result is that the device is an external power source, and enable the electric energy storage device (18) to release electric energy to the external charged device through the interface (12) in the case where the recognition result is that the device is an external charged device. The portable power source can eliminate the trouble caused to the user by inserting into a wrong interface, and save spaces.
