The present invention relates to an offline payment service system and method. More specifically, the offline payment service system comprises: a member store device which reads a user′s card, recognizes user information, and transmits payment information including at least one among the recognized user information, payment amount, member store information, and product information to a service device at the time of paying when offline product purchase is made; the service device which inquiries a promotion in the current progress in the member store and applicable additional benefit information on the basis of the payment information, generates payment request information on the basis of the inquiry result, transmits the payment request information to a terminal device of the user, and performs, when receiving payment approval information from the terminal device, payment on the basis of the payment approval information; and the terminal device displays, when receiving the payment request information from the service device, a payment screen displaying the payment request information, and transmits the payment approval information to the service device when an approval instruction is input on the payment screen. |
