PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding method which can suppress variation in sizes of nuggets and can stabilize welding between work-pieces.SOLUTION: When metallic work-pieces W1 are joined with one another by laser welding, a laser beam is radiated onto irradiation regions P1 to P3 of a work-piece on which each nugget is formed so that a weld zone Y comprising nuggets N1 to N3 is formed, thereby joining plural work-pieces with one another. When the weld zone Y is formed, a first laser beam L1 is sequentially radiated onto irradiation regions P1(P2, etc.) corresponding to respective nuggets N1(N2, etc.), thereby sequentially forming the nuggets N1 to N3. The first laser beam L1 is radiated onto respective irradiation regions so that a heat gain from the first laser beam L1 radiated onto the respective irradiation regions P1(P2, etc.) to the work-piece is gradually reduced as the respective nuggets N1(N2, etc.) are sequentially formed. |
