<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil capable of preventing volume of ink stored in an ink tank from being reduced owing to a large space for preventing the ink having the amount exceeding the capacity of a temporary ink storing member from leaking to the outside through an air circulating hole directly. <P>SOLUTION: This writing utensil is provided with the ink tank 5 storing the ink in a free state directly and the temporary ink storing member 4 provided in the space in the writing utensil communicating with a pen tip and the air circulating hole. A filter member having at least a surface having ink repulsive property, shutting off the circulation of ink, but allowing gas to circulate is provided between an opening part of the air circulating hole and the temporary ink storing member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
