The present invention relates to a syringe assembling apparatus capable of automatically sorting syringes having a gasket and a plunger poorly assembled together. According to the present invention, the syringe assembling apparatus (100) includes: an assembly index (110) sequentially moving completely assembled syringes; a guide slide which is installed on a side of the assembly index (110) to raise only the plunger from the syringes sequentially being moved; a syringe discharging means (130) which presses and discharges the syringes passing through the guide slide (120) to the outside of the assembly index (110); and a discharging prevention guide (140) which is installed on the assembly index (110) in the horizontal direction along the section having the syringe discharging means formed thereon at a height equal to an end of the guide slide (120) to prevent only the syringes having the gasket and the plunger assembled together normally from being pressed by the syringe discharging means (130) by coming in contact with the raised plunger. |
