The present invention relates to a clean-out cap of a horizontal pipe for wastewater, including a counter-flow check valve, which automatically opens a discharge pipe to prevent wastewater from flowing backward or leaking to the outside due to rupture of a cap as pressure of the wastewater increases when the horizontal pipe is clogged up. The clean-out cap of a horizontal pipe for wastewater incudes: a main body having a through-hole penetrating the central inside; an elbow-shaped discharge pipe connected to the through-hole; and a counter-flow check valve installed in an inner circumferential surface of the discharge pipe. The discharge pipe includes: a bending portion formed in the central portion of the pipe; an ascending portion inclining upward from the through-hole to the bending portion; and a descending portion inclining downward from the bending portion to one end of the discharge pipe. The counter-flow check valve includes: a contact ring which is closely in contact with and fixedly installed on an inner circumferential surface of the bending portion; and a circular shielding plate which includes a rotational axis on the top end of the adhering ring and rotates vertically on the rotational axis, thus closing the discharge pipe if becoming in contact with the contact ring or opening the discharge pipe if separating from the contact ring. The wastewater is automatically discharged through the discharge pipe by the clean-out cap, even if the horizontal pipe is clogged up, so it is possible to prevent the wastewater from flowing backward into a house, or from leaking due to rupture of the cap. Thus, it is possible to prevent damage to assets of residents caused by counter-flow of sewage or wastewater cleaning of which was missed. |
