The present invention relates to a split type and incomplete split type non-magnetized permanent magnet and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of manufacturing an anisotropic block in which a magnetized determination direction (z axis direction) is uniformly arranged; a first cutting step of cutting the block in a vertical direction (x axis direction) to the magnetized determination direction; a step of performing grain boundary diffusion on the cut blocks; a step of bonding the surfaces, which are cut in the first cutting step, again; and a second cutting step of cutting the block in the magnetized determination direction and a vertical direction (y axis direction) to the cutting direction of the first cutting step.
