PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device having a read-out circuit that can read out pixel signals stably at high speed.SOLUTION: An imaging device has a photoelectric conversion element, an amplification transistor for outputting the voltage corresponding to charges generated by the photoelectric conversion element, a load transistor for supplying bias current to the amplification transistor, and a voltage supply unit for inputting first and second voltages having different voltage values to a control node of the load transistor through an input capacitance element. The current value of the bias current supplied from the load transistor upon input of the second voltage to the control node through the input capacitance element is larger than the current value of the bias current supplied from the load transistor upon input of the first voltage to the control node through the input capacitance element. |
