PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel organic compound that is suitably used for an organic light emitting element with high moisture resistance, allows electron injection from a cathode, and has extremely low reactivity to moisture, and an organic light emitting element having the same.SOLUTION: A Li complex compound is represented by any of formulae [1][2], wherein an organic phenanthroline structure and a bipyridine structure are included as ligands or bipyridine structures are included as two ligands (R1-R10 are H, a straight-chain or branched-chain C1-4 alkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group). |
