PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of suppressing meanders due to L-shaped welds even when L-shaped welds are present.SOLUTION: A vertical looper installation is arranged on a continuous treatment line which conducts continuous conveyance and treatment of a metal sheet having a weld formed by welding together the tail end of a preceding sheet and the tip end of a subsequent sheet and bridges the metal sheet over a plurality of rolls arranged in upper and lower stages and includes a meanders control part which adjusts the inclination of at least one of the rolls to control meanders of the metal sheet conveyed, a storage part which stores the relationship between the deviation amount representing the magnitude of deviation between the preceding and subsequent sheets with respect to the case in which the longitudinal direction of the preceding sheet and the longitudinal direction of the subsequent sheet align on a straight line and the inclination for suppressing meanders of the metal sheet when the weld moves on the roll and a bending amount measurement part for measuring the bending amount. |
