PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automation of various steps using a DNA microarray, and to achieve miniaturization.SOLUTION: A reaction part which can mount a DNA microarray, a liquid sending controller comprising a plurality of channels linked to the above reaction part, and a solution-supplying mechanism which supplies solution to the above reaction part through the plurality of channels thereof, and a detection part which is allocated to a position facing to the above reaction part and detects an optical signal from the DNA microarray are comprised. At least hybridization using the above DNA microarray and cleansing of the DNA microarray are performed in the above reaction part. |
