A 3D display device, comprising: a polarization control panel (PCP) (100); a liquid crystal display panel (LCD ) (200) having a first polarizer (201) and a second polarizer (202) respectively attached at two opposite sides thereof; and a phase delay film (300) capable of converting linear polarized light into circular polarized light. The phase delay film (300) comprises a phase delay sheet (301), a first adhesive layer (302) and a second adhesive layer (303); and the phase delay film (300) is disposed between the PCP panel (100) and the LCD panel (200), and is attached to the second polarizer (202) located at the light emitting side of the LCD panel (200) via the first adhesive layer (302), and is attached to the PCP panel (100) via the second adhesive layer (303).
