The structure has a relatively smooth front surface with a micro-textured region engraved by a laser beam having energy which is absorbed by a void-free front surface layer of the structure to at least initiate ablation of the material of the surface layer at a pattern of predetermined locations on the front surface to form the micro-textured region. |
